A W2 is an important document needed to file state and federal taxes. It shows wages earned and taxes withheld.
All Transdev employees can visit my.adp.com for a printable copy of their W2. Paper copies of the W2 forms have been mailed to the employee home addresses on file.

Question: Will everyone’s W2 come from Transdev?
Answer: The company name appearing on the W2 will be associated to the legal entity of the employee’s pay group.
Note: There are 8 legal names for Transdev (Transdev North America, Transdev Services, Transdev Alternative Services, etc.) that a W2 can be issued under depending on the pay group.
Question: Will all employees be receiving one W2?
Answer: Yes – generally all employees will receive one W2. However, there are a couple of exceptions:
W2s are issued by ADP file # and pay group. If an employee has more than one, they will receive multiple W2s.
Example 1: If an employee transferred from one pay group to another, they would receive multiple W2s.
Example 2: If an employee was assigned a different ADP file # after the acquisition, they will receive multiple W2s.
