As part of our ongoing campaign, we’ve focused on Pedestrian Safety, and with the school year back in full swing, we’re shifting our attention to School Bus Safety.
As children head to and from school, it’s essential to remember a few simple yet critical rules. When you see a school bus, always stop—those few seconds could save a life. Slow your speed, especially in school zones, and keep distractions like cell phones to a minimum. And, of course, always yield to kids at crosswalks. No appointment, text, or errand is worth jeopardizing a child’s safety or your own.
