Our Cincinnati streetcar team recently set a new record as it recently welcomed its one millionth passenger aboard the Connector.
Congratulations to Les Shaw and the local team for continuing to provide safe and reliable service to the Cincinnati community.
“It’s so exciting to celebrate another major milestone in 2023,” said Lori Burchett, Cincinnati’s deputy director for streetcar services. “It really speaks to how well our operations partner Transdev continues to run the streetcar and that more people are aware of the Connector as a convenient, free and enjoyable way to travel.”
The service launched in 2016 and since its inception has provided the freedom to move to approximately 4.34 million passengers. The Connector travels 3.6 miles between The Banks, Over-The-Rhine, and the Central Business District.
