Seasonal Change #1: Time Change Effects – Managing Your Fatigue

Safety Corner

Our next “Seasonal Change sub-topic focuses on “Managing your Fatigue” and what we can do to adjust to the recent time change. Being overtired can make you distracted and lead to accidents. Basic priorities like good/consistent sleep habits, staying on a regular schedule and getting outside when the sun is out can help manage your fatigue.

As a reminder, every couple of months, we will highlight another overall health & safety-related theme and some related sub-topics to help all of us keep health & safety top-of-mind – whether we are in the field, in an office or at home.

Next week’s “Seasonal Change” sub-theme will be highlighting tips for Prioritizing Your Health & Wellness”.

Health & Safety continues to be the top priority for our employees, passengers and the communities in which we operate. We hope these campaigns will help reinforce our H&S commitment with all employees.
