Our last “Expect the Unexpected” sub-topic focuses on Staying Alert. It’s important to be vigilant and not underestimate the importance of staying alert and aware around Halloween.
With an increase in pedestrians, especially those of shorter stature, it’s essential that all drivers exercise increased caution – and be ready for the unexpected. Driving at slower than posted speeds, limiting distractions and avoiding passing other cars stopped in the street are just a few tips to ensure you and those around you have a safe and fun Halloween.
