We are excited to announce that on September 1 we started our partnership with the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois (RTA). We are managing their ADA paratransit eligibility certification process and their customer service call center, along with conducting their travel training operations – thereby extending our presence in our hometown state of Illinois.
This is another great contract for us as we continue to leverage our extensive experience with paratransit and the related ADA eligibility process through our Mobility Options business line.
