It’s all about Teamwork at JTran

Safety Corner

The maintenance team at JTran (in Jackson, Mississippi) recently demonstrated their care for one another and their passengers when they came to work on a Sunday to perform an extra deep cleaning, inside and out, of their entire vehicle fleet.

Daily, the JTran buses are cleaned and sanitized in the evenings per our strict Covid protocols. However, following the lead of their onsite Maintenance Manager Alvin Prashad, the team went the extra mile and performed this important deep cleaning. This will continue to occur on a quarterly basis.

General Manager Evangeline Jackson-Martin was appreciative of the teams’ efforts and provided the hardworking group with breakfast and lunch. “I can’t thank our maintenance team enough for what they do and for being so loyal and committed to helping our operators and passengers stay safe and healthy,” Evangeline commented.
