Debra has worked at Transdev for 13 years and credits her success to her experience and living the company values. In her role as Customer Service Manager she works hard to provide the best possible customer service to Gwinnett County Transit (GCT) passengers and the community. Debra maintains a positive attitude even under pressure. She has a calming effect when solving customer problems and when handling difficult situations. Debra says “staying positive can influence the angry customer to calm down and take a better view of things. That makes finding a solution so much easier.” Over the years, she has built and continues to maintain strong relationships with GCT customers and clients.

Debra works effectively within her team environment to complete specific tasks and projects, while promoting a positive environment. This is reflective of her department’s culture and values. Debra is persistent and always remains focused on the objectives, in spite of any challenges. Debra’s approach of always being respectful, transparent, straightforward and honest sets an excellent example for the customer service team. Debra is an asset to Transdev’s Gwinnett County operation.
