Don’t Forget to Adjust Your Clocks: It’s Time to “Fall Back”

Safety Corner

Don’t forget to turn your clocks back one hour before heading to bed on Saturday night.

And if your body has a hard time adjusting to Daylight Savings Time, consider these tips:

  • Get more light – get outside when the sun is out
  • Stick to your regular schedule
  • Minimize coffee and alcohol (esp. 4-6 hours before bedtime)
  • Focus on good sleeping habits (stop electronics 1 hour before bed)
  • Take time for yourself

But, in the meantime, enjoy that extra hour of sleep!
