Don’t forget to turn your clocks back one hour before heading to bed on Saturday night.
And if your body has a hard time adjusting to Daylight Savings Time, consider these tips:
- Get more light – get outside when the sun is out
- Stick to your regular schedule
- Minimize coffee and alcohol (esp. 4-6 hours before bedtime)
- Focus on good sleeping habits (stop electronics 1 hour before bed)
- Take time for yourself
But, in the meantime, enjoy that extra hour of sleep!
