We are excited to announce that Laura Hendricks, formerly President of Transdev Services, U.S., has been recently promoted to Transdev U.S. CEO.
Laura joined Transdev in December 2019. She has an impressive array of executive and managerial expertise built over a career that spans some 30 years. She has been President and/or CEO of several companies including Paint Drop, a division of Valspar, a global coatings manufacturer, Coach America, a large motor coach operator, and Merry Maids, a division of Service Master. She also spent many years in executive leadership roles at Cintas and Fed Ex.
Simultaneously, Dick Alexander – who has served as interim CEO of Transdev in the U.S. since early March and has done an admirable job in every respect – is being promoted to Global Special Advisor for U.S. Activities for the Transdev Group. He will report directly to Thierry Mallet, Group CEO, and will work closely with him on strategic projects focused on expanding our global business via acquisitions and partnerships.
