Phoenix Coordinates Successful Supply Drive for Baby Needs

Safety Corner

Transdev Phoenix continues to partner with the community. In the past, employees have donated Little Free Libraries, held a children’s book drive, served meals to the homeless, and donated Christmas presents to families in need, among many other outreach projects. The COVID-19 crisis prompted employees to step up once again.

Recently, employees donated diapers, wipes, formula, and hand sanitizer. Southwest Human Development will distribute the supplies to the Valley’s neediest families.

Spearheaded by the Customer Service Department, the supply collection will help parents who are struggling financially due to the pandemic.

Lori Sciame, Customer Service Supervisor, applauds her fellow co-workers for being so generous. “I thank those who donated.” She adds, “It’s wonderful to coordinate a project that benefits one of our greatest resources, children.”
