The Transdev U.S. Leadership Team met last week in Lombard, Illinois for the first time since the office closed back in mid-March due to the coronavirus.
In addition to observing social distancing, the team took the opportunity to put on their PRIDE-themed masks in support of June Pride Month.
The meeting looked a little different – but, the team’s productivity and meaningful interactions did not change. Some team members were in Lombard in person, while others chose not to travel and joined the meeting via Teams.
Overall – the meeting was successful and showed how our new reality doesn’t need to change the way we interact.
