Transdev’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Is Here to Help

Safety Corner

Transdev’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by Quantum, offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal or work-related issues.

This program is available for free to all employees of Transdev.

It’s available 24/7 to help you and your family with life challenges, including, but not limited to:

  • Childcare or eldercare referrals (e.g. help with finding care, doctors, etc.)
  • Parenting support, marital issues, family relationships, and divorce
  • Mental health (e.g. emotional well-being, stress, grief, anxiety)
  • Alcohol and drug dependency, tobacco cessation
  • Work-related issues
  • Coaching for weight and nutrition
  • Legal and financial (e.g. credit reports, debt management, bankruptcy) advice
  • Career and Retirement
  • Assistance after a natural disaster (e.g. connecting you with essential emergency, housing, insurance, legal, and tax relief resources, food banks and more)

You and your family members can get up to eight free visits per presenting problem per year with trained counselors.

Call (877) 747-1200 to speak with an EAP counselor or visit www.accessqhs.com. In case of emergency please call 911 or your local hospital emergency service.
