Active Looking Helps You Stay Clear of Hazards

Safety Corner

Our first “Safety Basics” sub-topic focuses on Active Looking.

Getting into the habit of adjusting your mirrors and using them regularly, especially when changing lanes, helps keep everyone safe on the roads. And, checking L-R-L (eft, right, left) reminds you to stay alert and aware for other vehicles and pedestrians who may cross your path.

As a reminder, every couple of months, we will highlight another overall health & safety-related theme and some related sub-topics to help all of us show we care and keep health & safety top-of-mind – whether we are in the field, in an office or at home.

Next week’s Safety Basics: Think Big Picture sub-theme will focus on the importance of watching your speed.
