Client Kudos Never Gets Old

Safety Corner

As storm and hurricane season starts to ramp up in the south, our locations are always on high alert as to how to continue to best serve our clients and customers…and during extraordinary circumstances that sometimes includes going above and beyond.

Serving the common good is part of our purpose. It’s part of who we are as a company. But, when we receive positive feedback from our client for the work we do, it helps reinforce the positive impact we can have on our communities every day.

When our Southeast RVP Derrick Breun recently reached out to our client at the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) in St. Petersburg, Florida asking what additional help Transdev could offer during the storm, here is the answer he received from PSTA’s Safety, Security & Training:

“I appreciate your email, but you have already given us a great aid in working this storm – Tom Tibbetts [Transdev General Manager – Pinellas County Paratransit]. I would like to thank and commend Mr. Thomas Tibbetts who has worked diligently and professionally with PSTA throughout this storm.

Tom has processed and fulfilled every request that we have had, and there have been a lot. He has completed every request from our Pinellas County Emergency Operations Center and helped a lot of people in evacuations and returns and I am very appreciative. It is a pleasure to work with Tom and he is a great asset to Transdev.”

Congratulations and thank you Tom Tibbetts, GM for Pinellas County Paratransit, for clearly living our purpose and serving the common good. You made Transdev proud!
