Safety Corner

IntelliRide is proud to announce its new partnership with AlohaCare (Hawaii) to manage and oversee their non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) benefit for their Medicaid and Medicare members, encompassing the reservation and scheduling of passenger trips throughout the entire state of Hawaii.

“We look forward to the positive impact we can make on the lives of AlohaCare’s 72,000+ Medicaid and dual eligible Medicare members across the great state of Hawaii,” said Jamie Chambers, vice president of operations for IntelliRide. Jamie estimates that IntelliRide staff will facilitate approximately 100,000 medical purpose trips per year.

The collaborative transition of service started with call center services on February 15, 2021 and transportation services launched on March 1, 2021.

Congratulations to the business development team on securing this new contract.
