Recognizing Operator Wade Miller, 40 Years Without a Preventable Accident

Safety Corner

Our Phoenix operations took some time recently to praise the achievements of one of their own, operator Wade Miller.

Wade just reached an impressive milestone: 40 years of driving without a preventable accident.

“Wade is everything a professional driver should be, plus he does it all with a positive attitude,” said Dave Todd, Phoenix’s general manager. “I not only appreciate Wade’s excellent driving skills, his strong work ethic as well.”

Wade’s contributions are not only felt internally at Transdev, but also externally by his customers. Here are some recent comments Wade received in March from some of his passengers:

  • “The driver went above and beyond his call of duty.”
  • “This driver is always on time, he is real friendly always really helpful and acknowledge every passenger. I really appreciate this driver!”
  • “He is really nice all the time.”
  • “This driver is very courteous and drives great. I just wanted to let him know he had good customer service and great driving.”

Congratulations, Wade! Keep up the great work and continue leading by example to help make every day a Perfect Safety Day.
