Chief Financial Advisor & Restructuring Officer
Jacques Laherre joined the Transdev North America executive team in 2016 and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Jacques brings a wealth of knowledge in financial management and revenue creation having spent his career overseeing multi-billion-dollar manufacturing corporations through critical restructuring growth phases. He has extensive experience in modernizing systems and processes, implementing change management programs, improving operational efficiency, and managing strategic partnerships.
He most recently served as senior vice president for finance and purchasing at Claas Group, a German-based manufacturer of agriculture machinery. There, he successfully integrated the acquisition of Renault Agriculture, boosting productivity and results during a critical restructuring phase, while managing a staff of 100. His previous roles include executive financial positions at Renault Agriculture, Renault Trucks, and Accenture.
Jacques holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree in finance from the ESSEC Business School in Paris. He is a member of the Transdev North America Executive Committee responsible for developing short- and long-term corporate strategy and policies.
