Chief Financial Advisor & Restructuring Officer
Jacques Laherre joined the Transdev North America executive team in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Jacques has a wealth of knowledge in financial management and revenue creation having spent his career overseeing multi-billion-dollar manufacturing corporations through critical restructuring and growth phases. He has guided our North American businesses strategically and financially, including streamlining budget management and improving managers’ access to data and KPI dashboards to improve decision-making and operational/financial performance. He co-led (with our General Counsel) a key task force responsible for improving risk management, and another focused leadership team that managed the divestment of selected B2B businesses.
Prior to Transdev, he served as senior vice president for finance and purchasing at Claas Group, a German-based manufacturer of agriculture machinery. There, he successfully integrated the acquisition of Renault Agriculture, boosting productivity and results during a critical restructuring transition, while managing a staff of 100. His previous roles include executive financial positions at Renault Agriculture, Renault Trucks, and Accenture.
Jacques holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the ESSEC Business School in Paris. He is a member of the Transdev North America Executive Committee and is also responsible for various financial initiatives in North America and around the world partnering with the Transdev Group global financial team.
