ExecuCar drivers undergo drug and alcohol testing and are subject to stringent background checks. Our drivers have long set the industry standard for impeccable service and safe operation.
Exceptional Customer Service
It is our goal to make using ExecuCar as enjoyable and luxurious as possible for each customer. To achieve this, we offer airport “meet-and-greet” service, flat rate fares, corporate accounts, on-board credit card payment, and 24/7 service, 365 days per year. For just a few more dollars than a taxicab, passengers can take a late model upscale sedan and ride in comfort between any two points in the city. Our drivers pride themselves on being on time, and on providing a top-level service at a reasonable price.
National Call Center
Our call centers provide service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. We use state of the art technology to minimize the time needed for a customer to make a reservation, and well-trained agents help callers to quickly and easily place reservations in any city we serve. We also offer TDD service and bilingual reservation agents for our customers’ convenience. Customers can book a reservation quickly and easily by phone at (800) 410-4444.
In addition to the call center, ExecuCar can make advance reservations at our web site, www.execucar.com, which features an easy to use booking engine. In addition to making reservations, customers can get a rate quote, or check on the status of a sedan at our web site.
Customers who book on our website can even earn frequent flyer miles on select airlines. Plus we have partnerships with AAA and American Express, where members and cardholders can receive special discounts. ExecuCar can also be booked through a number of travel companies, including Expedia, Orbitz and major domestic and international tour operators that incorporate ExecuCar as part of their tour packages.
To help remind customers of their reservation, we have programmed our dispatch system to call the guest the day before the trip with confirmation details. A driver can also initiate an automated phone call from the trip screen inside the car, alerting the guest that the sedan is nearing the pickup location (or has just arrived there). And a dispatcher can access the trip’s history in the system as well, to see if previous attempts have been made or even create a new callout directly from the dispatch center.
